Troubleshooting¶
My job says "failed"¶
A job can fail if a target was invalid, the product page couldn't be read, or the service hit a temporary problem. Open the job to see details, fix the target if needed, and retry. Retrying reserves credits again. Developers can map error codes in the error taxonomy.
I'm "out of credits"¶
Job creation is refused when your balance is too low. Top up (see Plans & credits) and try again. Don't keep retrying — each attempt reserves credits.
My job is stuck in "queued" or "running"¶
Jobs wait in a shared queue. During busy periods this can take longer. If it never finishes, cancel it and try a smaller job. Check the service is up at Service status.
I got no results¶
- For a search crawl, your keywords may have matched nothing — try broader terms.
- For a details crawl, double-check each ASIN/URL is valid.
My export is empty¶
Make sure the job is completed before exporting. Exporting a job that's still running or failed can produce an empty or partial file. See Exporting your data.
